Jane99 asked: I need to know the actual norms that regulate the use of CASH FLOW in US(FASB)!!
Well.. I found about US GAAP, FASB (with differnt numbers)

Will a hotel condo in a major city, which I believe will cash flow and appreciate, is it good investment or no
