I received information regarding this cash flow note program. Although the presentation is really catchy, I am no fool and understand that it takes hard work and comittment (something I am more than willing to do). If someone can put me in the steps of a mentor that is willing to help or very knowlegeable about cash flow notes and does not have any problems with sharing info, I would really appreciate it. I do realize it is not easy but I am ready to learn and stick with it if it is worth it.
