Will the new *** City in Rawlins, WY, just be cash flow for city embezzlers?
NEW *** CITY TO BE BUILT ON SOUTH SIDE SAYS PAPER Yesterday’s The Rawlins Themes reports that “Sex businesses” are to be permitted on the south side. One should have seen it coming, for it’s they who’ve so very long run down the feed lot there as the reason Rawlins is a dump and not the fault of known embezzlers. I never knew there was one there until I read about it. Doesn’t the rest of Wyoming have cows? The real reasons must be it being so close to the freeway exit and a truck stop That’s the poor part of town, not generating much property taxes. The rich part is separated by RR tracks. All the gold bricks must be missing from the vault at Fort Rawlins! The town’s main cash flow seems to be from traffic tickets, especially on outsiders. Every other TRT headline is a speech from the Police Chief, (The real?) Editor, who’s suddenly left town. Never fear, it looks like the new town attorney is set to reach into deep pockets – Trucking Company’s Insurance policies. See my blog.
