Operating Cash Flow vs. Levered Free Cash Flow?

bbhhss86 asked:

I have a question about operating cash flow vs. levered free cash flow

Company X has…

15k total cash
17million total debt

operating cash flow: -316.47k
levered free cash flow: 588k

my question is..how can the levered free cash flow (amount of cash available to stockholders after interest payments on debt are made) be positive if the operating cash flow is negative (cash flow provided by operations)? since the company has 17m in debt wouldnt the levered free cash flow be negative? i pasted the link below for more info on the company. Thanks for all the help!
