I have an assignment due tomorrow and I don’t know what VC stands for. I’m positive it’s not variable costs. This is all the paper says:
VC RATE: 60.0% of revenues
The professor has T-RATE stand for tax rate, but I have no clue what the VC stands for. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It’s VC means variable cost. Its given VC rate is 60% of revenue. You have to compute for your revenue inorder to get the VC rate. Sales- variable cost = Contribution margin - fixed cost or other expenses = Net income before tax . Its better if you type the whole problem.
